Today, I want to talk about embodiment.

I recently saw a video of someone in the creative field talking about how he was always pushing—toward the next thing, the next win.

Living in a big city, he bought into the mindset of “we push hard.” Until he realized: when you are always pushing, you become someone who believes they must constantly push and chase.

That stuck with me.

It brought me back to the quote: “Nature never hurries and is always on time.”

PAUSE.
If these words resonate with you, I’d like to highlight the importance of visiting my sponsor’s page — even for a few seconds. A single visit helps support my work and keeps this newsletter alive.

Nature is the most natural expression of abundance.

It moves in cycles—time to sow, time to grow, time to rest, time to reap. Nothing is rushed, yet everything gets done.

Nature doesn’t force. It allows. It embodies. It just is.

Pushing, forcing, rushing, on the other hand, often reinforces a sense of lack. It subtly says, “I need to go get this.” And in that energy of constantly needing, things feel further away.

Embodiment is different. It’s quiet. It’s rooted. It trusts timing. It builds slowly and with depth.

PAUSE.

Our society doesn’t always support that. We celebrate the grind, the constant motion, the idea that more effort equals more worth. And yes, we have to move with the pace of today’s world—but that doesn’t mean we need to forget about the rhythm of nature.

We can still work in cycles.
We can still allow things to happen.

I used to get caught up in speed. But speed burns you out. It takes away the enjoyment, the presence and the clarity.

When you slow down you move with intention instead of urgency.

Things don’t fall apart when you stop rushing, they often fall into place.

Take your time!

With love,
Chanel
